For organisationsKeep the talent you worked so hard to hire
Neuro‑inclusive training, policy and consultancy for leaders who want innovative, high‑performing teams by enabling all minds to do their best work.
The best intentions still need the right environment
These are the situations that most often prompt a first call.
You hire well and lose people anyway
Strong candidates arrive, struggle within the first year, and leave without ever saying why. Exit interviews give you nothing useful.
Someone has disclosed and nobody knows what to do next
An employee has shared a diagnosis or requested an adjustment. Managers want to help, are frightened of getting it wrong, and default to doing nothing.
Your policy exists but nothing has changed
There is an inclusion statement on the intranet. Day to day practice has not moved, and staff cannot tell you what an adjustment actually is.
You want the advantage, not just the compliance
You have understood that pattern recognition, hyperfocus and unusual problem solving are commercial assets, and you want a workplace that can hold them.
The Neuro-Inclusive Workplace
A structured programme that takes an organisation from awareness to changed practice. It can be delivered as a single session, a term of work, or an ongoing partnership, and it is built around your sector and your actual staff.
- Leadership session. What neurodiversity means commercially, and what it asks of the people running teams.
- Manager training. How to hold the conversation, what to offer, and where the legal and ethical lines sit.
- Team workshops. Practical communication, meeting design and workload strategy for mixed teams.
- Policy and process review. Recruitment, onboarding, appraisal and adjustment procedures, read line by line.
- Workplace assessment. Individual assessment for employees, with a report of recommended adjustments.
- Follow-up. A review point three to six months later, because training with no return visit fades.

What happens after you get in touch
A conversation
Initial 30 minute phone conversation, no charge, no obligation. You describe the situation, I tell you whether this is something I can help with.
A proposal
A fully costed solution tailored to your situation.
Delivery and review
The work itself, then a return visit to see what stuck. Sessions can be in person in the UAE or online anywhere.
Investment
Corporate work is quoted per engagement, because a half day for twelve managers and a year-long partnership are not the same thing. The first conversation is free and there is no charge for the proposal.
Questions from organisations
Both. Coaching, consultancy and corporate training work well online and I have clients across several time zones. Some formal assessments are better carried out in person, and I will tell you at the outset which applies in your case.
Nikki Mitchell LLC is registered in the UAE. In-person work takes place across the UAE, and online work goes anywhere.
Individual assessment and coaching are charged at fixed rates, which I will send you in writing before anything is booked. Corporate work is quoted per engagement, because the scope varies enormously. The first conversation costs nothing in every case.
With a thirty minute conversation about what is happening in the organisation. From there I send a written proposal with a fixed scope and cost. Nothing begins until you have agreed it.
Initial conversations are usually available within a week. Assessment appointments depend on the time of year. If you are working toward a deadline, say so in your first message.
